Founded in 2011, Everae is a UK based Service Management Consultancy, focused on supporting businesses to deliver quality IT Services to their customers.
Our aim is to work with you to develop pragmatic IT Service Strategy, Governance and Delivery aligned to many of the industry best practices including ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, SIAM, PRINCE2, CMMI and ISO20000.
We undertake and deliver a full range of offerings across the Service Management lifecycle. From helping to define and deliver your Service Strategy and operating model, to developing and embedding processes into live operations. Everae can support you in maturing your existing services and develop your capabilities to underpin your future business needs.
Everae was conceived by experienced technical leadership and Service Management experts to provide hands on expertise and support. Each consultant within Everae has over 15 years’ experience in industries as diverse as Legal IT, Logistics, Construction, Gaming and Telecoms.
Our Team
Victoria is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant for Everae Ltd. An experienced IT Service Management professional across multiple industry sectors certified as an ITIL v3 Expert, Prince 2 Practitioner as well as certified in Management.
Dean is the Operations and Creative Director for Everae Ltd. A previous IT Director Dean has a wealth of experience with the changing landscapes of IT
